Seiko-Kai Shito-Ryu Karate-Do Australia NSW Chief Instructor Ron Matthews Sensei 6th Dan is the Chief Instructor for NSW running the Shobu-Dojo and the Co-founder of Seiko-Kai in Australia. Ron Sensei has studied the martial arts since 1966 as follows, Kodokan Judo 1966-1968, Shotokan Karate 1971-1976, Tae Kwon Do 1976-1980, Goju-Kai Karate 1980-1986. Ron Sensei has studied Shitoryu Karate since 1987 and has been to Japan many times to train with some of the worlds best Shito-ryu Karate Instructors. He feels that he can pass on his karate knowledge to his students and they can also enjoy the benefit of what karate can offer. Ron Sensei has also competed successfully in State, National and International Karate Tournaments and while his preference is teaching traditional self defence, he continues to learn more about "Sport Karate" for those who are keen to enter competitions.     www.centralcoastkarate.com.au
